• Managing your mind - see how thoughts, feelings, and actions are linked & re-wire your brain
• Authentic Leadership - defining your values, strengths, and unlocking your leader within
• Gremlins - identifying your common saboteurs and how to quiet them
• Influence - shifting your perception to influence and achieve your desired outcomes
• Commitments & Choices - what are you saying yes to, what are you saying no to? 

Program Includes:

• Six-month personalized coaching program tailored to your specific needs
• Two hours coaching per month (12 one-hour sessions, total)
• Recommended practices & exercises to help you make your desired shifts
• Voxer (asynchronous audio message) access for accountability, celebrating wins, and brief check-ins between calls
• Sessions conducted over zoom – can be recorded for playback if desired
